This 6-month internship offers hands-on experience in business process mapping, monitoring, and continuous improvement within an international operations environment.
The intern will play an important role in ensuring the successful adoption of newly designed SAP-based processes and will collaborate closely with the business and IT teams.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesProcess Mapping & DocumentationMap and document new business processes aligned with the SAP design in the areas of sales and distribution, warehouse management and quality management.Capture process variations, dependencies, and key controls.Support creation of process flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.Post–Go Live Process MonitoringObserve and monitor daily operations after SAP go-live in both Italian locations.Ensure that the implemented processes are followed consistently by all stakeholders.Perform gap analysis between the designed process and actual execution.Report deviations, risks, or issues.Your ProfileSkills & CompetenciesComfortable working with cross-functional teams and different levels of stakeholders.Excellent knowledge of the English language.Good communication skills, especially in an international environment.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to understand and visualize business processes.Required EducationCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.Our OfferWork in an international, fast-growing industry that makes a real impact on healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.Be part of an innovative and open-minded team.Join a company with a strong reputation and long-standing expertise in cleaning anddisinfection solutions.We offer a people-focused work environment, with dedicated benefits and welfare initiatives.Ready to make an impact?
