Sales Manager - Regional Growth Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive regional growth in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding sales and managing customer relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships
* Understand customer needs and application requirements to recommend tailored membrane solutions
* Contribute to regional sales strategy and support marketing initiatives
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform pricing and positioning strategies
* Manage day-to-day sales operations, including offer creation, order follow-up, and customer support
* Represent the company at trade fairs and seminars, and conduct technical product presentations and training workshops
Requirements:
* University degree in process or environmental engineering or a related technical field (Master's degree is a plus)
* At least 5 years of sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
* Experience in the membrane filtration or water treatment sector
* Proven track record in B2B sales, strong knowledge of membrane technologies, and skilled in CRM systems such as Salesforce
