As an ICT Marketing & Loyalty Expert, you will be part of Enilive SpA.
Specifically, the Digital Business Partner - Marketing & Mobility Services team handles the entire opportunity-demand-design-delivery-service management process and contributes to digital evolution and technological modernization, ensuring efficiency, security, and operational continuity.
Main activities:
* Ensure the overall functioning of the CRM, Marketing and Loyalty Platforms, in conjunction with other technical units and business contacts, paying particular attention to resource optimisation, cost management, monitoring and performance in line with service level agreements and security standards
* Ensure best business practices, in collaboration with relevant functions
* Study new digital evolution opportunities to propose to the business lines
Required characteristics:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Economics; different or lower qualifications may be taken into consideration, provided that significant experience in the field is demonstrated.
* At least 3 years of work experience
* In-depth knowledge of the main platforms and solutions in the field, in particular: Salesforce Platform (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud); integration technologies between software components and solutions, preferably Mulesoft; Big Data & Analytics solutions, preferably Tableau; Customer Identity Access Management solutions; development of apps, portals, and websites in the main frameworks
* Good knowledge of the English language
