For its Italian Oral Solid manufacturing & packaging Site of Baranzate (MI), Famar is looking for an
* HR SPECIALIST - Recruitment & People Development
Who, reporting directly to the Country HR Director, will be responsible for HR processes, programs, and initiatives at the Italian Plant (approx. 140 employees) related to Staffing & Recruitment, Training, Onboarding & Induction, People Development, and Career Counseling.
* Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Execute timely and effective recruitment processes to ensure the identification, attraction, and onboarding of the necessary personnel to meet business goals, with particular focus on production and office areas. Conduct direct searches and collaborate with recruiting agencies and temporary staffing agencies as needed.
* Act as a Career Counselor, serving as a point of reference for employees regarding their professional development.
* Provide proactive consultation and guidance, acting as an HR contact for employees and Managers on employee relations, recruitment, training & development, and career development.
* Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
* Execute HR reporting and statistical surveys. Participate in ESG initiatives.

* Professional Skills and Background
* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within Production Sites.
* University Degree in Psychology, Development Sciences, or Humanistic areas. A Master’s or post-degree specialization in Human Resources Management is an advantage.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to operate effectively in an international environment.
