We are looking for two motivated and analytical Junior Financial Controllers (VIE) to join our FP&A team! This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience in financial management supporting key business decisions through data analysis, cost monitoring, and budget planning.
What will you do
* Assist in preparing financial and management control reports.
* Monitor and analyze company costs and key financial KPIs.
* Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting.
* Analyze variances against the budget and identify key causes.
* Support monthly and quarterly closing processes.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
* Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Control, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Management Control.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau and OneStream is a plus.
* Fluent in English.
* Problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills.
* Eligible for the VIE program (mandatory requirement).
