MISSION Maximize the contribution of the category in terms of sell-out, margin, and market share. Define the category strategy and the mix of leverages: assortment, merchandising, promotion, communication, and price. KEY RESPONSABILITIES - Participate in the development of category strategy in alignment with the headquarters - Adapt assortment & merchandising plans to local needs in cooperation with Sales and Merchandising team - Plan and secure key animation slots with the right product assortment and relevant for beauty trend cooperating with trade marketing team - Participate in development & Implementation brands’ marketing plans looking for exclusivity partnerships - Negotiate with suppliers creating strong relationships to maximize partnerships - Data analysis and definition of action plans to improve Sales and gain market share PROFILE REQUIREMENTS - Great Knowledge of Purchasing or Product management - Great knowledge of market beauty trends (products and brands) - Great communication and relational skills to pursue goals with both internal and external stakeholders - Benchmark and competitor analysis - Analytical skills and sensitivity to number are required - English is a must
