As Program Manager, you will lead the New Product Development effort to shape Datalogic's success in the Industrial market. You will coordinate a cross‑functional Core team, align projects with business goals, and drive governance and reporting to enable timely, budget-conscious delivery. This role combines structured program management with hybrid methodologies to manage complex, high‑tech programs from concept to production. You will clearly communicate strategy to stakeholders and enable decisions that propel product success.

* Oversee scope, plans, schedules and budgets to meet time, budget and cost targets
* Manage programs from concept initiation to production delivery with internal/external customers
* Adopt a hybrid program methodology suitable for the project

* Organize interdepartmental activities and governance meetings to ensure integration
* Communicate business strategy and project objectives to team and stakeholders
Responsabilità
* Bachelor in Engineering or related field, or Economics/Management
* Fluent Italian and English
* 2+ years as a Project Manager for large, time‑critical, complex hardware/software programs
* Experience leading 10–15 person multi‑function teams (R&D, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Operations, Service)
* Understanding of both Agile and traditional SDLC models and ability to blend them
* Proactive leadership and ownership to deliver results
