Responsabilità
* Bachelor in electronics
* Italian as primary language; English considered a plus
* 3–4 years of field service experience in automation or related electrical/electronic devices
* Previous management experience advantageous
* Strong industry knowledge with excellent leadership and communication
* Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
* Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities
* Ability to work under pressure
