Job Title: Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer

Role Overview
We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments across Italy. This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
* Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
* Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
* Provide on-call incident response support
* Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
* Maintain system documentation
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering
* Strong experience with Nutanix stack
* Knowledge of VMware or Hyper‑V
* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience with DR and backup tools
* Scripting (PowerShell/Python) is advantageous
Mandatory Requirement
* Minimum 90% pass score on induction assessment
Preferred Qualifications
* Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher)
* Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Terraform)
Soft Skills
* Strong communication skills (Local language & English preferred)
* Ability to handle critical incidents
* Team-oriented and proactive
