Support Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Support Engineer with a solid technical background to support our applications. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in T-SQL and either C# or Java. The primary responsibility will be to read the code, understand where the problem might be, and fix simple bugs or incidents. This role is considered a level 2 support position. Role and Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for our applications, focusing on T-SQL and either C# or Java. Read and analyze code to identify and resolve issues. Fix simple bugs and incidents to ensure smooth operation of our applications. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Document solutions and maintain records of issues and resolutions. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Good knowledge in T-SQL and either C# or Java. Ability to read and understand code to identify and fix issues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
