Missions: We are seeking a responsible, attentive, and customer‑focused Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests in our swimming and surrounding recreational areas, whether at the beach or in a pool environment.
This role is essential in creating a safe, enjoyable, and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
Profile: The lifeguard certification (for both sea and pool, or for one of the two) is absolutely mandatory. The candidate must also hold all additional safety certifications required to perform the role. The ideal candidate is a responsible, safety‑minded Lifeguard who has successfully completed Basic Safety and Security Training (RRSP) and holds formal lifeguard training certification. Candidates must be 16 years of age or older and possess at least one month of relevant experience in aquatic safety, monitoring, or similar operational environments.
They demonstrate strong competence in emergency response thanks to valid First Aid BLSD certification, with MPI certification considered a valuable additional asset. The role requires excellent communication abilities—both spoken and written—with the capacity to interact effectively and respectfully with guests of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds.
This professional is physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous, capable of performing rescues and maintaining high levels of alertness during all shifts. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs.
To qualify, candidates must be legally eligible to work in Italy and be fully fluent in both English and Italian, in written and verbal form.
