For Ariston Italia, we are looking for a TRADE MARKETING & BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER Reporting to the Marketing Director Italy, you will be responsible for defining, planning and executing brand activation plans with key customers and stakeholders. You will leave on driving our brand on a local level, taking full ownership of all the trade marketing initiatives cross-channel on the national territory. Responsibilities - Brands activation on field, including effective localization of trade materials (point of sales materials, showrooms layout, merchandising, etc) for different channels - Understand and collect market needs by doing regular visits to key local stakeholders - Collaborate with pre-sales, sales and service teams, as well as with commercial agencies, defining and implementing all trade marketing initiatives to increase brands visibility and engage professionals - Plan, guide and organize events, exhibitions, roadshows at national level - Support new products and services launch, defining plan and activities in collaboration with product marketing and communication teams - Loyalty and promotion communication, including dedicated materials definition and realization - Coordinate creative and events external agencies - Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing and events organization - Experience in similar industries is a plus - Proven experience in coordination of complex projects, including internal teams and external agencies - Leadership, entrepreneurship, ability to work in team and manage junior resources are a must - Flexibility to regularly travel (up to 30% of time) in Italy is required We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
