Your challenges will be - Safely driving executives and staff to meetings, appointments, and events. Running errands such as going to notary services, stores, translators, and migration offices. Assisting with all tasks related to business vehicles, including maintenance, cleaning, tire changes, orders of new ones, and documentation. Helping with event setup, including carrying and arranging equipment and materials. Assisting in rearranging and organizing office space as needed. Performing miscellaneous tasks to support the daily operations of the business. Your Profile - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Good level of English. Proven experience as a driver, professional driving experience is a plus. Ability to handle a variety of tasks with mínimal supervision. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed. Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual. Knowledge of the local area and routes. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
