Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /ppIn the frame of Small Projects (SMO) business in Italy, in compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Project Installation Manager oversees operational coordination of all project activities related to Installation and Field Operations, including: /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools /liliEnsure the application of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications /liliProvide inputs to the PrSOM/PrFOM for Installation Work Package management /liliOversee Installation Works for MU Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitor and coordinate actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces /liliCoordinate and assist the Sub-contractors, including monitor the quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments /liliLiaise with Third Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners, etc… /liliEnsure Interface drawings availability and coordination /liliCoordination of Installation Engineering team for the scope assigned /liliEnsure compliance of Installation activities with DIS Installation and FO Process /liliContinuous improvement: /liulliContribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line /liliPropose update/improvement of the Installation way of working, process, tools and RefLib /li /ulliOversee compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc… /li /ulh3Educational Requirements (Mandatory) /h3ulliHigh School Diploma, Engineering degree level or equivalent education or experiences /li /ulh3Competencies Skills /h3ulliVery good interpersonal as rigorous team-player /liliFocused on Quality and Planning targets /liliDecision-making and problem-solving ability /liliResilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve Field complex deviations and issues /liliInnovative attitude aiming to improve continuously the way of working and performance /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
