Our Client is a rapidly growing international company and a leader in the Hair-Styling industry, renowned for the quality of its products and innovative techniques.In order to strengthen its organization, we are seeking a:GLOBAL EDUCATION MANAGERReporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, this key role will lead the development and implementation of the education strategy and best-in-class training programmes for the product portfolio.The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, with direct responsibility for the Italian market and coordination of training guidelines at the international level.Key Responsibilities
Design and implement technical and commercial training programs and modules for salons, partners, and distributorsCollaborate with Global Marketing Product Development teams to ensure full alignment between training tools and brand positioningMonitor and improve expertise across all markets, ensuring a high-quality, consistent brand experience worldwidePromoting emerging trends in learning technology and teaching formats to continuously evolve the approach to training in the sectorDefine brand development projects in collaboration with Product Innovation and Design teamsOrganize professional events and trade shows, open days, and education/training support initiativesEstablish training guidelines and standards to be shared with international Education teamsCollaborate with the Marketing and Product Innovation departments to integrate training into product launch and communication strategiesCreate compelling training programs and multisensory learning journeys, including in-person seminars, e-learning modules, live masterclasses, and immersive workshops tailored for retail excellenceAnalyze training outcomes and propose improvement actionsManage budgets and annual training activity plans
Ideal ProfileThe ideal candidate is an expert in haircare and hair-stayling products with in-depth knowledge of the luxury sector, product storytelling and educational innovation.
Minimum 8/10 years of experience in a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of haircare and/or hair extension products and techniquesDemonstrated experience designing and deploying scalable training content, both physical and digitalStrong command of brand storytelling, narrative design and consumer behaviorExcellent organizational, communication, and public speaking skillsProactive, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPassion for the beauty industry, creativity, and a strong interest in innovationFluent in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel both nationally and internationally
