**Personal assistant**
We are looking for a **Junior Assistant to Manager** to support our manager in daily activities, with a particular focus on human resources management, store operations, data analysis, event management, and marketing activities. **Main Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management and Activity Planning**: Organize and manage the manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- **Holiday and Employee Schedule Planning**: Monitor and update the holiday and absence calendar, ensuring proper resource planning.
- **Store Schedule Management**: Create and monitor weekly employee schedules in stores, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- **Store Operations Oversight**: Monitor daily store performance, coordinating with store managers to ensure smooth operations.
- **Report and Data Analysis**: Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze sales data, store performance, absences, and other business metrics, using Excel to create tables, charts, and detailed reports.
- **Event Organization**: Support the planning and execution of company events, including logistics, scheduling, and managing communications.
- **LinkedIn Management**: Update and manage the company’s LinkedIn profile, monitor interactions, and maintain online communication.
- **Requesting Quotes and Supplier Management**: Request quotes for purchases or services, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- **Advertising Campaign Management**: Support the planning and management of advertising campaigns, monitoring media placements and promotional materials.
- **Internal and External Communication**: Manage internal team communications, draft business documents, reports, and support the manager in organizing daily activities.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative assistance role, preferably in human resources, retail, or marketing.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- **Language Skills**: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- **IT Skills**: Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis), good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with social media and graphic design programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and prioritization, with great attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Availability for occasional business travel for events or corporate activities.
