Overview
We are seeking a Facility and Real Estate Manager to oversee the management of facilities services for optimal workplace organization across various locations.
Responsibilities
* Analyze spatial requirements of departments and end-user needs, then define facilities services accordingly.
* Gather and understand spatial requirements of departments and end-user needs.
* Select and manage suppliers of goods and services, and define contracts with moderate responsibility.
* Develop renovation, reassessment, or optimization projects aligned with business goals.
Requirements
* Prior experience in construction management, facilities, and real estate is preferred.
* Candidates with a technical diploma (Geometra) and substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
* Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, leadership, excellent communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment, set priorities, and stay goal-oriented.
