He/she maintains VW Bank, VW Leasing's Process Map, coordinating and supervising its periodic updating process and interfacing with Headquarter and other corporate stakeholders (Process Owners, Business Continuity Manager, IT Risk Officer, etc.). He/she takes care of updating process flows and Business Roles, performs process analysis activities aimed at identifying possible optimization interventions (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate, etc.). He/she coordinates the set up / update of a process in occasion of the implementation of a new requirement or due to the introduction of a new solution, engaging all the different stakeholders. He/she plays the role of Office Focal Point in the area of Segregation of Duties (SoD), coordinating activities to identify and census conflicts within business processes.
