We are looking for an experienced Finance Administration Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across processes. The role involves managing financial reporting, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving operational improvements to support business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage administrative and financial processes, including documentation, reporting, and coordination
- Act as a liaison between departments such as logistics, operations, and administration to ensure effective coordination
- Monitor inventory valuation and ensure alignment between financial records and stock accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, procurement) and external vendors for smooth business operations
- Supervise order processing, invoicing, and financial data entry to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records; prepare monthly and periodic reports
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, cost control, and accuracy
- Handle operational and financial issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation
Support audits, internal controls, and compliance checks (financial and operational)
