After a training period, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
* Assisting in reservations, sales, and customer support
* Supporting the preparation of quotes and estimates
* Assisting with booking entries and data entry into the company management system
* Supporting room assignment and guest transfer logistics
* Collaborating in customer care operations and coordinating with other departments to meet guest requests promptly
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in Tourism or related fields
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a reservations office or hospitality environment
* Knowledge of a second foreign language
