We are recruiting for a client company, an international leader in the design and production of rotating printing machines for the packaging and adhesive label market, located in Lecco. /p pPosition: Technical Mechanical Assistant (Técnico Assistenza Meccanica). Full‑time with direct, permanent hiring, initial training, and an indicative RAL up to €40,000. The role will be based in a dynamic, technologically advanced environment with a strong training path to master the machinery. /p h3Work Conditions /h3 ul liLocation: Lecco /li liTravel: 90–100 days per year /li liWork Hours: Tempo pieno /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in the mechanical assembly of complex machinery and support industrial automation processes. /li liParticipate in maintenance activities for machines and technical equipment. /li liRead and interpret mechanical technical drawings. /li liCollaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly of complex machinery or in industrial automation. /li liExperience managing international travel. /li liDiploma of Mechanical Engineer or equivalent title. /li liExcellent ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings. /li liKnowledge of mechanical and pneumatic components. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a team. /li liValid driving licence B. /li /ul pThe search is open to candidates of any gender (L.903/77).
