We were meant to fly.As Catalyst System Engineering Operations - Lead Engineer you will support the Catalyst and Eurodrone programs by helping the engineering organization achieve annual and multi‐year objectives. You will drive efficient operations while promoting a culture of Daily Management System (DMS), FLIGHT DECK, continuous improvement, simplification, and productivity, with full consideration of budget and schedule commitments. You will contribute to planning, governance, standard work, and process improvement initiatives that enhance quality, delivery, and overall team performance. You will help drive operational excellence by enabling effective program execution, managing key engineering processes and metrics, supporting cross‐functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.ResponsibilitiesManage and support budget of Catalyst and Eurodrone ProgramsProvide Project Management and DMS support for engineering organizationDevelop, maintain and report relevant KPIs at Systems and Program level; actively work on gaps closure by structured Problem SolvingProvide a link between Avio Central Operations and Catalyst teamDevelop and implement robust engineering processes, standards, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and product qualityCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, global sites, to ensure seamless integration and complianceWork across Engineering, Program & FinanceAnalyze data, visualize and report results, draw conclusions, and initiate appropriate corrective actionsContribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for Catalyst Product LineEnsure all engineering activities comply with relevant aerospace industry standards, safety regulations, and company policiesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering fieldRelevant experience of multidisciplinary work environment, preferably in Aerospace fieldDemonstrated Lean Manufacturing and DMS experienceDemonstrated project/program management abilityStrong problem‐solving skillsTechnical engineering backgroundStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customersAbility to develop strategies and execute plansStrong data analysis, data visualization skills, ability to draw conclusions and initiate actions based on analysis resultsDemonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProblem‐solving, analytical, and decision‐making skillsFluent in English languageWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsKnowledge of FLIGHT DECKAbility to guide and lead others in an indirect reporting relationshipStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsWhat We OfferSmart working and work‐life balance.
