HRIS Analyst

Reports To: Vice President HRIS

Key Relationships: Human Resources, IT, Legal, Compliance

Other Key Relationships: Third-party payroll providers/processors; internal Workday Developer and administrators

Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst will support Workday’s Recruiting and Learning modules, as well as HCM, Talent, Compensation, Time Tracking & Absence modules. Responsibilities include supporting projects, enhancements, Tier 1 and 2 issues, and system fixes. The role focuses on delivering quality configuration, testing, processing, and reporting support; identifying process improvements; and partnering with the HRIS team to ensure high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as SME for Workday Recruiting, Learning, HCM, Compensation, and Talent modules.
* Architect project responsibilities with understanding of Workday methodology and configuration.
* Recommend process improvements, support enhancements, and policy changes.
* Research and resolve complex Workday issues, providing solutions.
* Stay updated on HR systems trends and best practices.
* Develop test and project plans for upgrades and new functionalities.
* Manage projects and process improvements, applying change management principles.
* Oversee Workday testing, upgrades, and documentation.
* Create and support reports, dashboards, and queries.
* Maintain business processes, notifications, alerts, and validations.
* Monitor workflows for accuracy, security, and efficiency.
* Complete and audit EIBs; manage security settings.
* Support system issues and access requests.
* Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
* Partner with third-party vendors for Workday support.
* Collaborate on Workday projects and requests.

Experience & Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of Workday Recruitment module configuration experience.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Preferred: Training in Advanced Security & Analytics.
* Strong analytical skills and HR expertise.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation and manage complex projects.
* Risk assessment and mitigation skills.
* Ability to translate complex processes into streamlined solutions.
