This is a senior leadership appointment carrying full responsibility for the group finance function across multiple entities and jurisdictions, with a clear path to CFO. The incoming Finance Director will build and own the financial infrastructure of the business, shape reporting and control frameworks across a multi-currency group, and contribute directly to strategic decision-making at board and founder level.
We are seeking
- A qualified finance professional with a minimum of eight to ten years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Demonstrable experience owning a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance function — group consolidation, treasury, statutory compliance and reporting across geographies
- Track record of building or significantly developing a finance function in a fast-growth or founder-led environment
- Comfortable operating at board level and contributing to investor and fundraising conversations
- Background in medical technology, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics or a comparably regulated sector strongly preferred
