For our Abbott Diagnostics Division ADD we are looking for an Experienced professional individual contributor, who works under limited supervision, to join our team as a TECHNICAL SPECIALIST - AUTOMATION (1 Year Contract) to provide installations and service support to our projects. Main Responsabilities - Possesses well developed skills in technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. - Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution. - Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. - Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. - Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization. Education and Competencies Required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelors / Engineering degree in medical I electrical /Electronics / Biomedical Engineering/ Mechanical or medical technology is preferred. - Preferably 2/3 years of experience as Technical Service Specialist and or a proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references. - Successful engagement with customers, specifically key stakeholders and lab staff. - Strong communication skills. - Fluent English speaking. - Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues.
