About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead all financial and accounting activities for the Humidity Control Technologies (HCT) Business Line in Italy. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, business control, investment activities, tax and treasury, risk management, and payroll. You will act as a key financial partner for the Business Unit Manager Italy, while ensuring transparent communication with headquarters in Sweden on performance, development, and strategic matters. As Team Lead, you will also manage the local Finance team, drive improvements in financial processes, and ensure compliance with both Italian regulations and Munters global policies. This is a hybrid role, with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week. Regular on‑site presence at our Imperia office is required for at least three days per week.
Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Management Accounting
* Coordinate all financial reporting for Munters Humidity Control Italy S.r.l.
* Ensure accurate and compliant financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, equity).
* Lead and develop the local Finance team.
* Liaise with the AirTech EMEA Finance Director and Group Finance for effective and timely internal reporting.
Tax, Treasury & Risk Handling
1. Monitor and mitigate financial risks.
2. Ensure compliance with tax reporting, treasury operations, and government requirements.
3. Manage internal and external audits, ensuring successful completions with no material findings.
4. Safeguard assets by maintaining an effective control environment, supported by robust processes and systems.
