- The Executive Assistant is essential in providing high-level administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and contributing to the division’s overall effectiveness and success. **Key Accountabilities**
- **Timesheet and Expense Reimbursement**: Manage and submit timesheets, and expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Travel Management**: Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and accompanying colleagues, including the handling of visas and travel documentation when necessary.
- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage the CEO's agenda, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are scheduled and communicated appropriately.
- **Event and Meeting Coordination**: Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate participation in events and arrange necessary services such as catering for meetings.
- **Procurement Requests**: Handle the management and processing of purchase requests within the system, ensuring all procurement activities align with company requirements. **Education**
- High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management **Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are required. **Competencies**
