First, Who
We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of Capital Markets and Technology. You are a natural bridge-builder, capable of communicating effectively with both business and developers, ensuring clarity and alignment in high-pressure environments.
Then, What
Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex business strategies and technical execution, ensuring that core financial operations remain agile, compliant, and ahead of market trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring they are ready for technical implementation.
* Design and optimize "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows for Trading, Post-Trading, and Settlement processes.
* Manage and analyze financial messaging standards and market connectivity protocols.
* Act as the primary liaison between Business Units, Operations, and IT development teams.
* Support in backlog grooming and prioritization, ensuring the product vision aligns with market regulations.
* Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure delivered solutions meet high-quality financial standards.
* Leverage data analytics to monitor system performance, validate financial data flows, and support decision-making
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience within the Financial Services/Market Finance domain.
* Solid experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Owner on complex IT projects.
* Deep understanding of Market Finance operations.
* Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel. Experience with Data Analytics tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, or Python) is highly valued.
* Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken) for interacting with international stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to work in an Agile environment, and excellent synthesis skills.
