Assessment Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to undertake general and basic social compliance assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments based on established procedures and client expectations.
* Deliver high-quality reports within specified timelines.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
* Interact with internal team members, including training coordinators and administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies.
* In-depth understanding of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
* Ability to travel extensively and work independently under varying conditions.
