Our hybrid working policy allows employees to work 9 days per month remotely.\nResponsibilities Lead a small team and ensure project objectives are met on time and to high quality standards.\nGather, analyze, and interpret customer data at a global level to provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and country stakeholders.\nTranslate data insights into clear, compelling recommendations for marketeers and other stakeholders.\nLead regular product, pricing, and revenue analyses; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce dedicated reporting.\nExtract data for ad‑hoc analyses to deepen understanding of specific business questions.\nDesign, build, and maintain business KPI dashboards from raw, heterogeneous data, ensuring data quality and readability.\nCreate and manage data flows from data warehouses using SQL (Python is a plus).\nGather customer insights from Speech Analytics.\nAct as a point‑of‑reference for the Global CRM team, working with IT to plan and prioritize CRM projects, optimize resources and budget, and manage data governance and data rooms. Qualifications University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\nAt least 6 years of experience working with large data sets, building statistical models, and creating dashboards.\nAdvanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other BI systems / data analysis tools.\nAdvanced SQL skills; knowledge of Python is a plus.\nStrong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen to translate complex data into meaningful insights.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nWillingness to travel as required.
