For the construction of two Model Farm, located in Ghana and Congo we are looking for a Site Project Manager. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the project of a prefabricated base camp/ Model Farm from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. In detail: Supervise the engineering activities and the elaboration of project’s technical documents Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and quality control. Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant star-up, and turnover to the client. REQUIRED COMPETENCES Capacity to work independently and organize resources; Leadership and resources management; Knowledge and practice of IT programs; Problem-solving attitude; Professional knowledge in English language. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 10 years of overall experience - of which minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project manager in Building Works/ civil construction projects (50million USD contract value) in remote areas and multicultural environments. Experience in Africa will be a preferencial title. Skilled in management of engineering activities and technical documents; Knowledge of contract law with regards to construction projects; Degree in Engineering. Fluent in English and French languages.
