Your mission

As a Senior Growth Specialist at Blank, you will shape and execute scalable, data-driven customer acquisition strategies through high-performance paid media and advanced marketing automation. You’ll focus on growth initiatives across the full performance marketing funnel, continuously testing, optimizing, and iterating to drive growth in a fast-paced environment. You will impact client acquisition, working to improve CAC, lead quality, and conversion metrics. You’ll report to the Marketing and Communication Manager and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Compliance to align and execute business priorities. You’ll contribute to the go-to-market strategy and support ambitious expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Paid Acquisition – Optimise paid acquisition channels, own day-to-day execution and performance of multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads while meeting cost-efficiency targets.
* Budget & Metrics – Monitor budgets and performance metrics, track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV, and provide insights to improve efficiency and impact.
* Targeting & Segmentation – Develop targeting strategies using audience data, funnel behavior, and campaign analytics to design high-performing approaches.
* Marketing Automation – Design, implement, and optimise advanced automation workflows to nurture leads, support sales conversion, and boost retention.
* Lead Scoring & Segmentation – Develop and refine lead scoring models and contact segmentation based on behavioral signals and lifecycle data.
* Email & Lifecycle Campaigns – Create impactful email campaigns and multi-step flows for onboarding, upsell, and retention using automation platforms.
* CRO & Funnel Optimization – Optimise all funnel touchpoints to maximise conversions and reduce drop-off.
* A/B Testing – Lead testing initiatives across ads, landing pages, emails and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
* Analytics & Reporting – End-to-end campaign tracking and performance reporting for KPIs, trends, and strategy.

What you’ll bring

Experience

* 5 years of experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, and marketing automation, ideally in the financial sector, B2B SaaS (fintech a strong plus), or other fast-paced digital environments.
* Proven success in executing high-budget paid acquisition campaigns across different ad platforms.
* Solid experience with CRM automation tools, including campaign workflows, segmentation, and lifecycle email flows.

Skills & Tools

* Strong mastery of performance marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate.
* Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub is a strong plus (automation workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, campaign performance).
* Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools.
* Experience managing external agencies and ensuring performance alignment with business goals.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS tools to collaborate on landing page creation.

* Business Case interview with Julien, Country Manager, and Elisa – 1 hour
* Meeting the team at the office and chat with Fabio, CEO – 1 hour
