To address this, we created AGADEXO, an innovative active exoskeleton designed for injury prevention and force augmentation across multiple industrial sectors.About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead Electronics Engineer to take full ownership of the electronics architecture for our cutting-edge robotics products. With a solid background in electronics product development, advanced PCB design, and regulatory compliance, you will bring leadership, technical expertise, and an innovative mindset to our fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete electronics architecture, from concept to implementation, including PCB design (component selection, schematic design, layout, and technical documentation).Work closely with the Firmware and Mechanical teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.Collaborate with suppliers to define and source critical components, balancing performance, cost, and lead time.QualificationsM.Sc./PhD in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.3-5+ years of experience in electronics product development.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Extensive experience in designing advanced multi-layer PCBs, including HDI rigid-flex stacks.Proficiency in electronics design software (e.g., Altium, SPICE).Advanced knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., CANbus, RS-485, I2C, SPI, UART).Hands-on experience with RF peripherals (e.g., BLE, NFC, LTE-M, NB-IoT).Strong lab skills: soldering, hardware rework, use of lab instruments.Proven leadership in managing contractors and OEM/ODM relationships.Preferred SkillsExperience in Robotics and/or Automation, including BLDC motors and power electronics.Knowledge of MCAD software for 2D drawings and 3D component design.Understanding of design for production, including manufacturing processes and cost optimization.Expertise in EU regulatory compliance (e.g., EMC 2014/30/EU, Safety 2006/42/EC).Experience managing an electronics/hardware team, including project planning and resource allocation.Compensation PackageAnnual gross salary: up to €50,000, depending on experience.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing
