Since 2004, it dramatically strengthened its route-to-market from 5 to 26 in-market companies accounting for approximately 93% of FY 2023 Group revenues. /ppCampari IT is organized around Global Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture (EAT), Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Data), the Global Service Delivery Team, Governance and PMO, Business Development and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance HR (Back Office). /ppThe IT competency centers (CoE-Center of Expertise) are accountable for the development of an IT strategy for their functional area aligned to the overall Campari business objectives and requirements for business capabilities. The Platforms are responsible for designing, implementing, and governing the IT applications according to business requirements provided by CoE’s and guidelines defined by EAT. /ph3General Description of the Role /h3pThe Global IT Manager Intelligent Automation is responsible for overseeing and managing all the IT aspects of business processes automation projects from inception to completion using tools such as Low Code Automation Platform, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). /ppThe role is a key component of the Campari Group ONE IT organization, cooperating with Global, Regional and Local IT team members. Innovation and problem solving are key, along with ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working and commitment. The role will also be one of the pivotal roles with the mission of fostering experimentation and adoption of AI in the Company. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial scope definition to delivery, ensuring that each project meets its agreed objectives, timescales and budget. /ppThe ideal candidate has a strong technical background in automation and AI technology, excellent leadership skills, stakeholder management attitude and the ability to manage and motivate a team of automation professionals. The Global IT Manager Intelligent Automation will report to Global IT Director Enterprise Architecture, Data Automation Technologies member of the IT Leadership Team. /ph3Mission/Objectives /h3pThe role is focused on managing Automation technology to support the initiatives for streamlining operational activities creating efficiency and improving process and user experience. /ppCampari has undertaken a long-term transformation program for Business Process automation and simplification with a strong partnership of the IT and Global Business Service (GBS) functions that will ensure the process improvement supported by AI and Automation technology. /ppThe role is also pivotal to accelerate the adoption and the governance of AI technology (especially GenAI) in collaboration with the AI Advisory Hub. /ph3The Global IT Manager Intelligent Automation is a crucial role for: /h3ulliDesigning, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA, AI, Low Code Technology and ML tools /liliWorking closely with GBS, Business and technology teams to identify and assess potential automation opportunities /liliManaging the complete lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance /liliCreating and maintaining automation documentation, including design documents and technical specifications /liliMonitoring and analyzing the performance of automation solutions, and making improvements as necessary /liliProviding training and support to end users of automation solutions /liliProposing AI use case experimentation /liliKeeping up to date with advancements in automation technology and best practices /liliEnsuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in the implementation of automation solutions /liliManaging status update presentation with several stakeholders and responsible for the SteerCo preparation in partnership with GBS function /liliPartnering with others IT teams to implement end-to-end solutions, especially with SAP Platform, Integration Platform, Data Platform and other IT COEs /liliEnsuring budget vendors management, in collaboration with the governance team /liliCoordinating internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver and maintain technology landscape /li /ulh3Experience Education /h3ulli10 + years of proven experience as an Intelligent Automation Manager or similar role /liliStrong knowledge of intelligent automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, preferably Microsoft Technology and OpenAI /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills /liliStrong leadership and project management abilities /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field /liliExperience of working as part of a multi‑cultural and geographically dispersed team /liliKnowledge of IT strategies, standards and policies, organizational structures, and processes. /liliPreferred experience of Consumer Goods companies and related solutions and processes. /liliFluent English is a must, Italian knowledge is a plus, as a third European language /li /ulh3Additional Requirements /h3pAvailability to travel internationally if needed. /ph3Our commitment to Diversity Inclusion: /h3pAt Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
