The role focuses on production management, ensuring timely delivery of products with required efficiency and quality; on financial management including budgeting and controlling; and on meeting safety, environmental and quality‑system requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liActively participates in production capacity planning and contributes to production planning. /li liManages production and monitors fulfillment of production efficiency, delivery quality, delivery time, safety at work and other key performance indicators. /li liUses the MRP system to ensure transparency and up‑to‑date production information. /li liManages human resources in accordance with the production plan and in cooperation with HR. /li liPrepares action plans and monitors implementation based on performance indicators, tactical and strategic plans; reports regularly. /li liOptimises production operations to achieve maximum efficiency and cost management while complying with quality and safety requirements. /li liCo‑ordinates internal logistics activities. /li liCreates the budget and financial plans for the production unit and identifies improvement, investment and saving projects. /li liMonitors departmental needs and controls costs. /li liEstablishes a standard working environment, continuously improving working conditions and overall employee satisfaction. /li liImplements new projects, products or processes using lean manufacturing principles, including 5S. /li liManages sorting and repair operations per quality instructions, engineering or other stakeholder requirements. /li liSupports human resources development in line with departmental and corporate strategic goals. /li liEnsures regular communication within the department and with other departments of the division. /li liPerforms all other activities related to the agreed type of work as instructed by the superior. /li liFollows the procedures, rules and principles of the integrated management system and complies with international trade regulations. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh‑school diploma in a technical field. /li li3–4 years of experience in a similar supervisory position. /li liIntermediate English language skills. /li liKnowledge of production management fundamentals and continuous improvement principles. /li liExperience with MRP systems. /li liKnowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S. /li liProficiency with MS Office. /li liStrong presentation and reporting skills. /li liEffective communication skills, both verbal and written. /li liHigh level of safety consciousness and familiarity with local safety standards and regulations. /li liExperience with Oracle is beneficial. /li liFlexibility, decision‑making ability, willingness to take risks, creativity, systematic approach and leadership skills. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pVertiv is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
