We’re looking for a Marketing and Innovation Coordinator to help connect these moving parts. This new role sits at the intersection of product development, marketing and operations, ensuring new ideas, product updates and technical insights are captured, organised and translated into resources that support our global teams.
If you’re someone who enjoys working with technical products, has an eye for detail, coordinating across teams and helping turn complex ideas into structured, usable information, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the innovation pipeline of a global safety and technology company.
Oh, and did we mention we have an on-site gym too? If fitness isn’t your thing we also host quarterly social events during work hours with lunch, drinks and prizes provided.

About You:
- A Bachelor of Commerce or Business with a Marketing Major
- Experience with B2B marketing or buying and planning
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Passion for Market Research
- Experience with Project Management
- Ability to effectively use MS Suite of programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Capacity to work with a range of internal departments including Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Production
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task
The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing and Innovation Manager the responsibilities will include:
- Enabling product, innovation, and sales readiness
- Working closely with the Marketing and Innovation Team, Sales Team and wider business functions
- Product documentation, manuals, translations, sticker kits, product pricing
- Updating quote templates and marketing collateral
- Market research & Competitor Analysis
- New Product Development
- Collate New Product Development documentation
- Maintains version control for:
- prototype renders/ imagery
- current products + packaging
- documentation
- Prepares knowledge bank for:
- Product launches (Features &Benefits;)
