The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct administrative procedures related to the hiring and management of temporary workers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Uploading attendance data into the company management system and submitting flows for payroll processing
* Managing contractual and hiring procedures, dismissals, and accidents
* Handling variables related to employment (TFR, tax deductions, ANF, etc.)
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an employment agency
* Good knowledge of the Intiway management system
* Understanding of the relevant collective bargaining agreements (CCNL)
* Accuracy and excellent organizational skills
Employment contract: Full-time
