1. Monitoring the daily operational activity of a regulated Alternative Investment Fund, including onboarding, subscriptions, and redemptions
2. Monitoring the daily operational activity of the Bridging Finance Business
3. Accounting (including Bookkeeping, Bank/Debtor/Creditor reconciliations)
4. Reviewing of monthly NAV calculations prepared by fund administrators and overseeing quarterly investor reporting
5. Statutory reporting of CY & UK legal entities
6. Tax reporting of CY & UK legal entities
7. Liaising with external advisors/stakeholders i.e. auditors, banks, tax specialists etc
8. Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and monthly P&L forecasts
9. Treasury activity i.e. liquidity monitoring, cash flow management, and payment execution
10. Compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
11. Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
12. Ad-hoc finance projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
13. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
14. ACCA/ACA newly Qualified
15. Newly qualified with experience in a Finance or Accounting environment (Practice or Industry).
16. Having experience in the Cyprus alternative investment fund sector is desirable
17. Previous team supervision experience is desirable
18. Professional working approach and good communication skills
19. Good analytical skills and ability to reconcile discrepancies
20. Strong ability to multitask
21. Professional working proficiency in English
22. Strong Excel skills
23. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
