What does a Service Engineer do? As a Service Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our customer support operations. You maintain, install, and upgrade our fleet of packaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You assist customers during the post-sales phase, resolving technical issues and breakdowns, and actively promote our equipment, Smart Services, and Spare Parts to support our financial goals.
You collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Systems & Integration and Application Engineers—to share field insights and ensure seamless communication across projects. You also lead or contribute to specific service projects, analyze equipment performance data, and ensure all activities comply with safety and operational standards.

You’ll communicate openly with internal teams and share technical insights from the field, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation. You’ll manage or contribute to service-related projects, analyzing performance data and ensuring timely execution of maintenance and corrective actions. You’ll record all service activities in our CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Qualifications Degree in Electromechanical Engineering High and low voltage certification Strong ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley) Proven experience in field technical service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Understanding of kinematics, mechanical/electrical drives, and industrial equipment manufacturing Knowledge of vacuum processes and material thermal/physical properties is a plus
