Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the ABM Continuous Improvement Manager role at Comecer 2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities: We are currently looking for a resource to be included in the ABM (ATS Business Model) Continuous Improvement team of Comecer Group in the role of ATS Business Model Manager. The ABM Manager will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful deployment of the ATS Business Model (ABM) within Comecer Group and for building the capabilities to achieve current (Annual Operating Plan) & future challenges (Strategy & Goal Deployment). Tasks: Drive continuous improvement in business performance through measurable impact (results) by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, lean principles, coaching, facilitation, and change management practices. Own and support the ongoing development and improvement of the ABM “toolkit”, continuously improving the ABM to scale and evolve with ATS. Assist ATS Leadership in the development and execution of an ABM Roadmap. Provide formal and informal ABM training and coaching at all levels of the organization. Ensure impactful kaizen events that sustain through effective change management. Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them. Promote and facilitate employee capability building and development in various ABM tools and processes. Build ABM Culture and mindset of continuous improvement within the organization. Benchmark and incorporate best practices both from within ATS and outside organizations. Assist in establishing and achieving Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives. Qualifications: A four-year Engineering degree or equivalent is required, preferably in industrial, electronics, electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering. An MBA or master’s degree is also preferred. Technical Skills: Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view. Mastery of a variety of ABM (lean) tools (or Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement tools). Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.). Relational Skills: Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Good training skills. Excellent consulting and influencing skills. Results-oriented mindset. Strong leadership skills. Exposure to and participation in various training environments. Proficiency in time and project management. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Supervisory, and/or Management roles within a Lean-Driven Manufacturing Environment.
