Guide clients through creating their ideal home, from concept to final sale.Support the team in managing quotes, leveraging experience to aid junior colleagues.Analyze sales results, organize shifts, and collaborate with the Area Manager to meet set targets.
Qualifications
Solid experience in assisted sales and autonomous design of all spaces – kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc.Knowledge of the furniture sector and proficiency with the Metron configurator.Charismatic leadership, team spirit, and a positive attitude to face challenges.Enjoy teamwork and bring passion to all tasks.
