Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist fluent in Italian and English to manage paid campaigns, support digital marketing operations, and collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced environment. This is an on‑site role based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.
* Provide customer service support related to advertising technology products.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality campaign performance.
* Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign metrics.
* Support clients through a contact centre environment.
* Work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance objectives.
Requirements
* Experience in paid campaign management.
* Degree in Marketing or related field.
* Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
* Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company.
* Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
