The Company focuses on solar power project development, construction management and project financing services with local professional teams in more than 10 countries around the world. /ppEmeren's Italy team is looking for two Project Managers to join our team in Milan, Italy, in order to support Emeren’s rapidly growing solar and storage business and contribute to the transition to a low carbon, sustainable economy. /ppbDuties and Responsibilities /b /pulliManaging projects and interfacing with engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil and environmental), legal and financial teams and ensuring that pre-established delivery times are respected /liliManaging project development up to RTB status, including site visits, risk assessment (technical and economical), vendors management, interaction with the permitting authorities; /liliManaging development budget and manage costs and cashflow within it; /liliReporting the advancement status of the project assigned in the pipeline; /liliManaging relationships with external stakeholders, including development partners, public entities (state, regional and local), traders and landowners /liliSupporting with preparation of proposals for clients such as due diligence, technical advisory, and other service offerings, and providing inputs for the Emeren internal approval process with the Investment Committee; /liliPreparing and managing of specifications, tendering, negotiation and selection of Engineering, Procurement, Operation Maintenance or EPC and other supply contracts; /liliAttending internal and external meetings and represent Emeren in a suitable fashion according to the company code of conduct at all times. /li /ulpbQualifications : /b /pulliUnderstanding of project development process for solar PV and / or BESS in Italy (including site control, securing interconnection, permitting process, etc.) /liliElectrotechnical knowledge in the field of renewable energy infrastructures and BESS /liliExcellent Time management skills and problem solving skills /liliKnowledge of the electricity market in Italy is a plus, including but not limited to interaction with grid operators (TERNA and E-distribuzione), knowledge of the Italian regulation for permitting (AU, PAUR and PAS) /liliKnowledge of solar / BESS technology and costs (e.g. panels, BOS, EPC, OM).
