We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth. /p pWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition partner to support all hiring across Italy, with a primary focus on Job Site Solution (JSS) and Field Marketing roles. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced, growing organisation. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent that supports our commercial and marketing operations, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles with a primary focus on Job Site Solution (JSS) and Field Marketing roles across Italy, from requisition approval through to offer stage. /li liBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities, providing ongoing recruitment advice and market insights. /li liDevelop and deliver effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct search to attract high-quality candidates. /li liScreen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements, competencies, and company values. /li liCoordinate and support interviews, guiding hiring managers on structured interviewing and best practice assessment techniques. /li liDeliver interview skills training to hiring managers as required, supporting capability building across the business. /li liCreate, launch, and train hiring managers on interview question banks to drive consistency and quality in hiring decisions. /li liEnsure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. /li liMaintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance within the ATS (Workday or similar systems). /li liConduct salary benchmarking and provide market insights when required to support hiring decisions. /li liSupport employer branding and early talent initiatives where needed. /li liCollaborate closely with the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team members to share best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes. /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liProven experience as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiter moving in-house /li liExperience recruiting sales, field-based, or marketing roles is a plus /li liAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liConfident in direct sourcing and market mappingExperience working with an ATS (Workday preferred) /li liKnowledge of the Italian labour market and recruitment practices /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul pAt TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
