MainActivities and Responsabilities
1. To supervise specific multi disciplinary activities and criticalengineering cycles attaining to the
contract’s budget, aswell as to the project’s execution timing.
2. To report to PEM concerning the status, planning and crucial issues ofthe activities she/he hasbeen assigned to.
3. To support the PEM in the definition and preparation of theco-ordination and engineering
project executionprocedures.
4. To ensure the multidisciplinary project documents quality, in accordancewith the contract requirements andrespecting the assigned budget and executing project deadlines.
5. To support the PEM in the definition of the project basic technicalchoices, identifying the best
6. solutions, from atechnical, economical and temporal point of view, guaranteeing their
completness and accuracy,on the basis of the technical specifications and guide lines of the
assigned project.
As a Department memberthe PE responsibilities are:
7. To support the PEM and the Head of Department in guaranteeing the continuousupdating and
application of thestandards, the procedures and the operative instructions both of the Departmentand of the Company.
8. To compare and exchange experiences with her/his colleagues (PE) amongthe Group Companies.
9. To promote the professional growth of other internal resources in hisown Department and also of other Departments, holding specific training courseswhen required, in accordance with his own Department demand.
