Role OverviewAs a Sustainability Specialist, you support the companywide sustainability strategy and lead the organization through the B Corp certification process within the next year. The role combines operational implementation, data and process management, and crossfunctional collaboration along the entire value chain – from agricultural projects to production, logistics, and distribution.ResponsibilitiesSupport the company's sustainability strategy and lead the B Corp certification process (B Impact Assessment, action planning, KPI monitoring, reporting, documentation).Implement initiatives on waste reduction, sustainable packaging, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.Define supplier sustainability KPIs and standards with Procurement; promote fair labor practices; analyze and optimize the CO2 footprint together with Logistics.Monitor key environmental KPIs and support decarbonization efforts as well as compliance with Italian and EU regulations.Contribute to programs focused on employee wellbeing, inclusion, community engagement, and social impact initiatives.Maintain sustainability dashboards, support ESG reporting, and contribute to credible, datadriven CSR communication.Foster a sustainability-driven company culture through workshops, training sessions, and crossfunctional collaboration.Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.3–6 years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or ESG roles in FMCG or food manufacturing.Passion for sustainability and purpose-driven business.Familiarity with B Corp or similar sustainability frameworks.Strong project management and data management skills.Pragmatic, organized, and comfortable working with diverse teams.Fluent in English plus Italian and/or German; strong communication abilities.What We OfferAn international company committed to responsibility for people and the environment.A key role in the company's sustainability strategy success.Training and development opportunities through the Loacker Academy.A structured onboarding program.Company cafeteria.ContactYour contact person for this position: Stefanie PraderTalent AcquisitionTo us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.
