You will work independently while having strong support from our global finance team. /ppbr/ppstrongYou will: /strong /ppbr/pulliMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. /liliPrepare monthly reconciliations and management accounts for review with the Country Leader and submission to Group Finance. /liliHandle accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT, payroll, and employee expenses. /liliIssue invoices and follow up on payments. /liliSupport cash flow management and forecasts. /liliWork with local accountants and auditors to meet Italian statutory and tax deadlines. /liliEnsure compliance with TIP Group financial controls and policies. /liliServe as the local point of contact for finance matters while collaborating with the global finance team. /liliLine manage and support a Finance Assistant, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. /liliDelegate responsibilities appropriately, monitor team performance, and support professional development within the finance team. /liliPromote effective team communication and workflow, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAbout You /strong /ppYou are reliable, structured, and detail-focused. You enjoy managing processes independently, but also value being part of a supportive international team.
