Do you know the beauty and lifestyle creator landscape in Italy inside out? Do you spend hours on TikTok discovering new creators before they become mainstream? Are you passionate about social media, beauty and influencer marketing? Then we'd love to meet you.
We are NAILD, one of Europe's pioneering reusable press-on nail brands. Since 2017, we've been helping women achieve salon-quality nails in minutes from home. As we continue expanding across Europe, we're looking for someone to help us build and grow our creator network for the Italian market.
Your responsibilities
* Research creators for the Italian market on TikTok and Instagram
* Identify influencers and affiliates that fit the NAILD brand
* Build and maintain our creator database
* Reach out to creators via email, direct messages and creator platforms
* Support influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns
* Track creator partnerships and campaign performance
* Collect, organize and manage creator-generated content
* Monitor social media trends and emerging creators in the Italian market
* Share insights about the Italian beauty, fashion and lifestyle landscape
What we're looking for
* Excellent Italian and English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Passion for social media, beauty, fashion and creator culture
* Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
* Strong understanding of social media trends and creator communities in Italy
* Highly organized and reliable
* Comfortable working independently
* Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing or creator management is a plus, but not required
