Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of DCC services. Support the definition, implementation, and governance of efficient Partner Integration Project processes. Support the Commercial Organization and Partner Manager with technical and process consultancy. Ensure that the implemented Solutions are correctly integrated into the GB organization. Coordinate and prioritize all customer requests related to decentralized IT. Handle tickets efficiently, including initiation, tracking, updating, and closing. Develop and improve knowledge base pages, manuals, and FAQs for employees. Manage DCC application certifications, deployments, and management. Perform local user acceptance testing for solutions. Maintain updated Country Requirements documentation. Engage in technical pre-sales activities. Provide second-level support to local Field Service teams. Participate in regular reports, reviews, and meetings with the Head of Payment and Product DCC team. Key collaborators include: Line manager Technology teams Commercial teams Product teams Background and Education: IT educational background; university degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience managing technical projects with external stakeholders. Experience working with virtual and distributed teams. Customer consulting experience.
