Responsibilities
- Acts as an extension of the Finance Manager
- Supports the alignment of all financial actions with the overall business group business strategy
- Gives financial guidance
- Ensures proper Accounting & Reporting
- Manages interfaces
- Supports & drives change
- Manages Financial Accounting, Reporting, Treasury and Controlling for the Finance organization in collaboration with the Finance Manager and the Centre of Scale
- Oversees the Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment and Accounts Receivable process in strong collaboration with the Center of Scale
- Performs the monthly closing and the business review of P&L; and Balance Sheet in close collaboration with the Finance Manager, the Center of Scale and CLF Finance
- Performs the monthly Controlling and Reporting in collaboration with the Finance Manager, the Center of Scale and CLF Finance
- Performs local tax and statutory requirements
- Follows defined controls to ensure compliance to business group and regulatory standards (e.g. CPP/LPP)
- Supports internal and external (financial, IT, etc.) audits incl. Centre of Scale
Qualifications
- Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
